Young @ Heart

I saw a pretty amazing film this weekend, Young @ Heart. It's a documentary that follows the seven-week rehearsal of a chorus group ranging in age from their 70s to the 90s. The story looks into their personal stories, their will to live their lives to the fullest, the friends they develop and the friends and family that are lost along the way. The chorus performs rock and punk songs, giving each their own spin. I found myself tearing up several times throughout the film...both with joy and with sadness.
